Beach Debris

Memories of childhood summers at Maroochydore inspired this design. Walks along the beach found rock pools collecting debris left by the tides. Different shapes and sizes of shells and worm castings, long since dried out, still show the subtleties of delicate colours captured in mosaics of shapes, forms, colours and textures.
